Without reference to the amendment of this subsection, this article was repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1352 (S.B. 346), Sec. 4.40(3), eff. January 1, 2020.
(a) In this article, “moving violation” means an offense that:
(1) involves the operation of a motor vehicle; and
(2) is classified as a moving violation by the Department of Public Safety under Section 542.304, Transportation Code.
